1. Main User Agreement
1.1 Nature of Service
DR4.LIFE is an AI-powered health screening assistant. It is a data collection and preliminary analysis tool, NOT a doctor. The results generated are for informational purposes only and must be reviewed by a certified medical professional.
1.2 Emergency Warning
If you are experiencing a medical emergency (e.g., severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding), stop using this kiosk immediately and call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
1.3 User Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your symptoms, vitals, and identity. Providing false information may lead to incorrect AI analysis.
1.4 Limitation of Liability
DR4.LIFE, its developers, and associated clinics are not liable for any misinterpretation of the AI-generated report. Final diagnosis and treatment decisions rest solely with the attending physician.
Annex A: Bangladesh Data Protection
Compliance with ICT Act, 2006
In accordance with the Information and Communication Technology Act of Bangladesh:
- Your digital health data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.
- Access is restricted to authorized medical personnel and yourself.
- We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
By using this service, you consent to the processing of your sensitive personal data (health information) for the purpose of medical screening and diagnosis.
Annex B: Privacy & GDPR Principles
Data Minimization
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for your health assessment (Symptoms, Vitals, Medical History, Identity).
Right to Access & Deletion
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your AI Screening Report.
- Request the deletion of your biometric (face scan) data after verification.
AI Processing
Your data is processed by automated algorithms to suggest potential conditions. This automated processing is subject to human review.
